Her background includes banking, printing, call centers, systems, telecommunications, automotive, transportation, manufacturing, heavy industry, human resources, compliance, health & safety, and real customer service.
She is skilled in project and team leadership, organizational needs assessment and problem solving, meeting and focus group facilitation, job and task analysis, software and technical instruction, operating procedures, customer service, employee orientation, performance management and evaluation, leadership programs, and event coordination. With strong organizational and communication skills, Judy is able to build relationships at all levels.
Judy holds a Masters Degree in Adult Instruction and Performance Improvement from the University of Michigan (2001), and a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan (1996).
